Wayne Peterson For Leeds Mayor

I have a strong desire to once again serve and work to maintain our community.  My wife, Karen, and I purchased our house in Leeds in 2011 and moved here from New Jersey.  We quickly got involved in Town events and soon realized that Leeds was the best community in which we had ever lived.  Neighbors knowing and helping neighbors, Main Street lined from nearly end to end with flags for holidays, and some events being happily attended by over a quarter of the Town’s residents were all pleasantly new to us.  Such a feeling of community should be cherished and needs to be sustained in the face of external challenges.
